The only big slowdown I noticed is on those promoting sportsbetting for europeans, and this is caused by lack of soccer events.
I am not promoting much us sports but i asume there are trends there too.
No slowdown noticed on poker so far.
Regarding the decrease of poker revenue it can be if you have bonus players that keep moving or the software/network or player retantion is not so good.
