This thread came round to what i was going to add anyway 
Its all about the relationship. If a program treats me right, seems friendly on the pnone and pays 20%, I’d take that over a program I don’t feel comfortable with earning 30%.
When an aff program treats me fairly and with respect, I respond well to that.
