when I signed up with them I wrote them and had their aff manager confirm my link code and user ID; which btw I recommend everyone do with each respective program to avoid such mistakes as you are about to hear about; though usually one would think the original effort would be enough to avoid this:

two or three months pass and I decided to ask about my stats; which was not a long time considering there is usually a $50 minimum to collect a check at most places; and it takes a while to get going with any poker program unless you’re strictly targeting poker and make that your main income; mine is not.

so I wrote the same manager asking if I’d made any money? He wrote me back that he couldn’t find me in their data base.

I had kept all our correspondence and provided it to him but all he could say was sorry.

considering that I provided such proof as having been confirmed by them etc; you’d think the least they could have done was to offer some kind of monetary effort towards making things right and then having me get resigned up and going from there, but if memory serves correctly, I don’t think I even got much more than a “sorry, I can’t find you now”.
