Hi All,

PartyPoker.com has always respected our affiliate relationships and will continue to try and maximize their value from their traffic. We have someone looking at any implications of this latest release that you, as our existing affiliates, should be aware of or concerned about. We should have a response for you on the specific questions raised here before the end of the week.

However, I can state with certainty that the new agreement is principally meant for NEW affiliates and that it is unlikely to change the way in which our current affiliate relationships operate.

Thanks,
Satya

Hello,

Thanks for responding and I am eagerly waiting for the official response. Will you guys also discuss the issue regarding play money players? Apparently if a play money player signs up for real money after 60 days of creating the account, they will not be credited to the affiliate. Poker is not an easy game to learn and it takes a lot more than 60 days to get a feel for the game and to be comfortable playing it, especially for real money. A poker newbie is not going to deposit money in their account until playing for several months on the play money tables. Some of us send 100’s of play money players each and every month and I think we should be given at least 12 months for them to convert to real money. If they do not convert by then, they are most likely never going to convert.

I understand that you guys can change your terms and conditions per the affiliate agreement, but it would be nice to know exactly what Party Poker’s stance is so that affiliates can make the necessary changes to their marketing efforts.

Thanks,
