You can use your 32Red Aff tag for all markets – same tag for each market at the simplistic level, but as mentioned, the new creatives will probably come from brandconversions i would guess. Hope so as the 32Red aff site is, how do you say politely, basic 
Though a new one is actually on it’s way I’ve been reliably informed.
