I agree that all of the recent changes are very disturbing, particularly Party Poker and their total disregard to the request for clarification, but what this type of thing creates is a tremendous opportunity for medium sized programs to step up and take the place of the ones changing for the worst. The recent changes at Pokerroom are a good example. They have actually improved their affiliate agreement and with some of these other changes I think they will grow faster than the competition. If a site like PokerStars decided to open a revshare program that was decent, they could easily take over Party within the next year. If I ran a casino or poker room I would be selling the plan to affiliates instead of screwing them.
So who wants to step up and earn affiliates business instead of forcing us to look elsewhere?
