Looks reasonable to me. My player count went from 6 to 14 overnight, between the 23rd and 24th. Today it’s reverted to 7, which makes sense if everything had been inadvertently doubled.
While I don’t convert that well at the RB casinos, they’ve always seemed fair in their dealings with me. I once had a very large chargeback that was apparently resolved months later with the player. I had a large unexplained and completely unexpected commission in my account when that happened. That would have been easy money for them to keep.
Player retention is very good, so lower conversions aren’t as big a problem as at other places.
