I like mock3 better also. I would still change the black text ‘DrawDead.com’ to something other than black, though. Maybe white. It is difficult to see the text being black… Since this is your ‘brand’ you want people to be able to see that prominently when going to the site from a search engine. That way they remember it and type it in manually at a later date.
