Referback has really good retention. Frankly, I think a lot of programs quietly remove inactive players from your account. Referback doesn’t appear to do that – when people come back and play again, you see it.
Actually, Belle Rock sent me some mails recently saying I had small amounts of money in a couple of their casinos from 3 years ago or so and said they would comp me if I went back and played. I did.
I bet that’s what happened with your players. Belle Rock does rock when it comes to getting players to come back.
