This is ridiculous. If Party Poker doesn’t have a method of tracking the player back to the original affiliate, they SHOULD start on that immediately (e.g. using the player’s name, email address, etc.). I’ve signed up many fun (and real) players over the years, and don’t need other affiliates taking credit for my traffic. And they shouldn’t make it EASIER for these leeches to take our players, by making stat tracking easier.
Makes me want to start my own casino with my domain portfolio and its traffic, so that no one else can screw me over.
Party Poker is planning to go public soon. How will it look to investors when they allow such underhanded tactics by their partners?
