Can someone contact a Party Poker rep to please reply to this?
Dom, I do see your point. 
bb1webs, I am 100% sure you can not sign up more than one account at MANY rooms. I know Paradise, Poker Stars and Ultimate Bet don’t allow it. I just had UB and PS shut down a guys multiple accounts, long story but I proved they were his and they shut them down.
So I’m not sure how some of these rooms allow this.
