I am very non tech, but it appears to me that robots are not allowed on that link page, hence the links are useless.
I will not be listed on links pages anyway.
I only do hand entered links, visible on the bottom of the index page or a secondary, topically targeted page.
If your site has a low PR, I may still be interested if you can provide me with visitor stats.
