First of all, I would like to commend Party Poker for their anti-rakeback policies. However, shouldn’t something be done about sites that are openly promoting rakebacks like the one MrMcgee pointed out.

On their page, they make the following statement:
“If you have a PLAY money account, you still qualify, but you must create a BRAND NEW account.”
They are essentially stealing other affiliates’ players. Has Poker Source Online been contacted and asked to stop this type of promotion. They are obviiously and openly violating Party Poker’s terms. Why haven’t their account been frozen?
I commend Party Poker for taking steps to discourage rake backs. But, I would like to see Party Poker go one step further. That is, enforcing their policies. Sites that are openly offering rake backs should have their accounts frozen until they stop promoting rake backs.
