So rake back is allowed as long as it is tracked through Quick Cash?
Read Satya’s post again. No rake backs allowed. He was trying to point out that Quick Cash was not created for rake backs, but instead it was created to immediately fund players accounts. Say you have a friend who wants to play and he is reluctant to open up a Neteller account and his credit card is blocked. He can give you a 100 bucks cash and you in turn send him 100 bucks via Quick Cash with your tracker linked to it. He is now your player.
Satya also mentioned that if an affiliate wanted to do rake backs (which is violating the affiliate agreement) they have alternate methods of payment besides Quick Cash, i.e. paypal, neteller, and interaccount transfer.
Bottomline, dont do it.
