As I have mentioned earlier, we don’t allow affiliates to do rake back and any affiliate who does rake back on PartyPoker.com, his/her affiliate account gets blocked.
Quick Cash is a customized feature which has been exclusively implemented to help the affiliates. And affiliates, who do rake back, have various ways of paying back the players.
But the difference is that when an affiliate is detected doing rake back, their accounts get blocked and their payments are put on hold. And I don’t think any affiliate will like to pay rake back to his players when he doesn’t get paid by the poker room.
