Re. reducing the font: Be very careful with that!
Many gamblers are over 40, the baby boomer generation. At that time you start losing some of your eyesight. These people need glasses to read, but usually do not need them on the internet for a couple of decades to come. Small print would force them to go get the glasses – will they? I think not, I think they will just go someplace where they can read without squinting.
So I think the size of the font is a good one.
I think your number one problem is that this type green hurts the eyes.
Once that is fixed, we can have another look.
The lack of clicks can also result from the wrong type visitors, which would be caused by your marketing. If you have only people interested in playing poker and you still get no clicks, we need to look at the site more closely.
