Dominique, I have no idea who to contact at Empire (do you have a contact?). I did try to email their support about it 6 mos ago or so, and they told me to contact Tradal directly so that’s the only one we’ve dealt with. We get emails weekly from some new Tradal employee asking us why we don’t advertise for them, offering us extra and when I email them back explaining we don’t advertise for Tradal and this is why, they never respond.
Would be great if you knew who to contact there……
