Thanks. When it was all said and done, over 120 Affiliates were there.
A little more than half were sponsored affiliates, meaning that the casino affiliate program paid for their pass and invited them to the event.
The affiliate programs that did this were the BIG winners, as they increased their loyalty to their afffiliates, as well as looking good to new affiliates. Partnerlogic brought 40 affiliates to the event. Referback brought about 10 and so did Casino Profit Share. Others brought between 2-5 affiliates. You knew who was sponsored because they wore a bright purple ribbon showing they were a sponsored affiliate.
A significant change in thinking took place this time around in 2 respects:
1) Affiliates see their affiliate managers as partners and worked with them at this event rather than being confrontational.
2) The same held true on the other side: Affiliate managers showed a much higher interest in working (and investing time and money) in their affiliates.
With over 400 delegates, this has become the 2nd largest event in the igaming industry. Thanks to all for your support.
As for Vegas, I expect over 400 in attendance and over 150 affiliates to be present this time around. ALL exhibit spaces for Las Vegas are now sold out. It should be a huge event.
