Funny, I’ve never had a problem with this. Just email the right information and wait about a week.
The amounts always fluctuate. You could probably put it down to currency fluctuation on the receiving end (if its not USD).
Must say I don’t mind being charged at all. As for checks…unless you are despoiting into a US or CA bank account – don’t do it. 45 days if you are lucky…
