Creating links pages and having more than 200 outbound links shouldn’t get a site banned. Also, having a link on a linkspage with an extra 199 outbound links also shouldn’t get your penalized. Nobody knows what’s happening with Google lately so it PP could be penalized for lots of reasons.
Back on topic: iGlobalMedia is the worst affiliate program I’ve ever dealt with. They’re affiliate support is the worst in the industry IMO, and stats (I’m not just talking about display here) need improvements as well. Putting an account on hold is not going to bring new players in, all it does it make the affiliate go to other programs without these ‘incentive rules’. This reminds of of what Referback pulled a while ago.
