It was there choice to take free money.. It was a gamble they were willing to take.. It is to bad but sounds like they ended up on a winning streak.
In no way do I think the casino should change rules for this player. When giving free money away to players, they have to protect themselves. This is why they have rules on free money offers..
BTW: did the player ever deposit anything?
