Not that I have much clout here, but….
The people who plagiarize other sites ARE lazy. And with laziness comes incompetence. What does that really mean? Not much of a conversion rate. Besides, people who are that lazy ARE NOT going to be able to market effectively because that takes time… Which is not what they are willing to spend. No SEO + Copied Content = 0 PR
