I will be one of those you want to ask the questions to, but I believe your focus should be on a number of things:
- Get to know the Affiliate Manager – build mutual trust with them
- Work yourself out the best possible deal – this should be based on past experience with the Program, and other programs….
- Create a task list for both yourself and the program, to reach common goals
From my point of view, that is what I am interested in – building a platform for future increased cooperation.
