Thanks to all who posted and the board mods who helped give us a little extra exposure.
This is very interesting feedback for me.
We do currently treat our VIP’s very well …
We have a Casino Host who actually goes and visits with them in person. She is also always on the phone with them. We also comp them weekly. Also, we have automated retention bonuses that go out if a VIP goes over a week without playing … and we do get on the phone with them to try and get them back.
