I expect you’ll get a lot of feedback telling you to go RevShare, and I agree.
While you’ll often get these one-shot players who make you less than the CPA, you’ll occasionally get a really big player that will make up for all those and then some. It just takes patience. I wouldn’t go CPA unless I had a really good plan to use the immediate money to expand traffic, and even then I would switch to RevShare ASAP.
As for the programs you mention, CasinoBlasters is my best performing program. CasinoPartners have also proven to have good retention for my players as well, though I don’t promote them that much any more for other reasons.
