Kelvin, you have been working with us since a long time now and I hope this is not the first time you have seen our affiliate agreement.
This is our standard affiliate agreement and is valid for all our brands. 
To answer to your question – there are other ways of an affiliate account getting negative apart from a player win. Players take advantage of the casino which results in a negative balance for both the affiliate and the casino. And at times affiliates and players conduct fraud in collusion. Terms and Conditions are set to avoid frauds and protect the rights of the company against any fraudulent activities. Your interpretation of the terms is fairly accurate from the legal point of view. However, I have never seen this clause being implemented till date.
If one of your players hits a big jackpot, logically there is no reason to block your account, coz you are performing your act in the partnership, in getting the players. Getting winning players is not an act of fraud. Therefore your account stays active.

PS. As Affiliate Managers it’s our responsibility to protect the rights of our affiliates. This is true for affiliates who get us 2000 sign ups or 2 sign ups or the affiliates who try hard and end up getting no sign ups in a month.
