I discussed this situation with your account manager at PartyPoker.com.
The issue here is that the extraordinarily low levels of activity observed for these players has deemed them ‘suspect’ – hence the reason for the delay in payment. The fastest way to get things moving here is to switch to the revenue share program so that you can pick up revenues from current player activity straight away and work out the way forward with your Affiliate Account Manager.
