I am going to lock this thread down as there is really not much more we can get accomplished. Fergie decided to leave CAP and thats her perogative. I harbor no ill will towards her and wish her the best of luck in her future endeavors.
I dont like the way the friendship was ended or the subsequent circus that went on afterwards, but I am not going to keep rehashing this thing over and over. Fergie cant respond, so in fairness to her I am going to ask that we dont discuss her decision any more.
I do want to respond to one point you brought up though:
I have no ill will towards GPWA at all. I consider a great many of the people there friends. To be quite honest I dont even remember exactly why it was I left :blush: As best as I can fathom I had an issue or two with management and I chose to leave rather then create a negative atmosphere or to drive wedges between others within the group. In retrospect, I feel I owe Cindy an apology for not always being as supportive as I should have when she had to make hard decisions regarding the day to day operations of a large group.
Because CAP is faced with many of the same issues she had to endure I have a new found understanding of what she went through when a couple of negative nates decided to question every decision she made. I should have seen it for what it was instead of getting swayed by the same bullshit arguments I have seen presented here by one or two of those same Naybobs.
Oh well, we live and learn. I want to reiterate though I have no problem with GPWA and I think they are a top notch group. They have had a tremendous impact on our industry and we all owe them a debt of gratitude. They have my support.
