thanks all for your support, and eventough we have a good reputation in the industry, some issues can arise from time to time and it might well be that we haven’t looked at Nick’s issue properly.
Nick, why don’t you send me an email at [email protected] with details like:
affiliate id
period the traffic was sent and not tracked etc..
I’ll do the verifications myself and will involve playtech’s tech support if necessary.
