My problem is that I’m going to targed Scandinavia, så I need a templet for the Inter Champs. Bet on USA is American Sportsbooking, is’nt it?
Here i Scandinavia we primarly bet on soccer, domestic hockey, horces, handball and so on.
Not american basketball or fotball. 
Do you have a solution for that? And I whould be great if there where someplace to host the templates. I just have my domain http://www.scandigames.com and no host right now.
