I have to say, while all these shenanigans lose over time, they are still brilliant methiods of advertising where you are not allowed to. I saw Golden Palace get a bunch of news coverage for that.
If Sun Poker won the auction, they won the auction.
I think Ebay will have to get involved in this now – don’t they have a responsibility for their auctions? Or are they not responsible and no one has to actually deliver what they auctioned off?
