:terms: What we say goes – we are the government you are the minority we shall oppress you in anyway we see fit!
NO they have no chance of winning – they can only make things worse for the rest of us! This was my biggest fear from the beginning – that they would only draw negative attention to our industry. That they would be used as a precedent of sorts that may very well limit or eliminate our businesses in the future.
Though I believe the DOJ is totally out of line – I equally understand that they ARE oppressors and what they say will ALWAYS win out. Its like yes we are going to execute your neighbors for smoking in their homes BUT you have no right to complain because we didn’t say we were going to execute you. When you are not even permitted to object to a wrong doing – there can only be one more step! :shooter:
