One good rule of thumb to begin with is to make sure you don’t post in forums unless they have a specific place for it – (usually called SPAM or something similar – maybe Advertisements) – most people don’t want you to post your links on their forums. They made them and if there is money to make there, they probably intend it to go into their pockets and not yours.
On the other side of things, check out any threads on PPC or pay-per-click search engines where you can bid on words like “online gambling” or other phrases – there is a lot of strategies to it.
But read first, because a lot of places you’ll be throwing money away (not good traffic) and others won’t accept you because your a gambling affiliate.

Be creative. It’s a tough market to jump into without even the power to create at least one website.
