Classics you mis-interpreted my request, I was looking to see if someone who has success in doing the submission could provide it as a service, just like someone who is successful in SEO.
There must be some trick that I am missing as I have read and followed all the rules over the years and still have not found success.
I re-read my post and it does not even hint at a bribe, you can be rather cynical.
