The starluck site I mentioned above was a complete copy of the Starluck site. When a visitor clicked download it downloaded to his affiliate code. (in other words was NOT a redirect) – this poor sap thought that he OWNED Starluck casino.
Starluck probably wouldn’t have any problem with this type of marketing, however when you falsely imply to someone that they are “owning” the casino after purchase, its slimey and I think a lot of people would consider it illegal.
So – use those techniques to market the program in question, but not to shove off on someone for 10,000.

Which it is NOT, it is a RE-direct or a COPY of a fully developed, money-earning affiliate program.
