Anchor text is the principal means of ranking Google uses, so get linked to by words you want to show up for, and “Reviews 4 Casinos” is very good (or: casino reviews).
Anchor text value disappates though. Obviously if someone hyperlinked 10,000 words that shouldn’t be as valuable as a link with two words. Anything beyond three words is probably a negative. Keep it simple (and accurate).
