Also the “search” function here doesn’t seem to be working properly. Try searching for a common word such as “gambling” or even “Dominique,” and you’ll see the results only go back to late November 2004. Isn’t that roughly when the new board came online?
There are many interesting and useful threads from the past, but without the search function, it’s difficult to find what you’re looking for. Sometimes the best information is contained inside a thread with a nondescriptive subject line such as “Question” or “Please help.” Other times a thread starts with a discussion about one thing, but by the end of the thread something totally different is being discussed. If someone was just browsing through the old posts looking at the thread title, they’d never know.
Anyway, the Professor is aware of this issue; I PMed him a while back… I’m sure it’s on his long list of things to do. :blush:
