It looks less cluttered now, which is good. Also I like the white background better than the other one you had. I don’t know about the blue lines you have between your table cells (just my personal opinion — if you like it, keep it). Also I see you’re still using images between the header
tags. Remember, search engines can’t see text on images.
I like the new navigation menu — the mouseover effect is nice. Good job on adding more content pages. Search engines (and real people) like content. My last bit of advice would be to continue adding content, look at other people’s portals for design ideas, and start learning about search engine optimization (SEO). Good luck! 😎
