I fully expected a higher PR this update, but remained the same. I’m happy enough that my interior pages are gaining PR. I lost a lot of interior pr when I made all my interior – and most of my incoming – links point to my url WITH the “www”.

Last update my rank was evenly split between: http:myurl.com and htp://www.myurl.com. Both versions had a PR of 5. I lost one pr rank for the “www”-less url, but I imagine in the months to come it will transfer to my “www” url.

(I could obviously use some better terminology than “www” and “www”-less LoL)

The thing to remember is that, at least in my opinion, PR doesn’t matter – it’s the SERPS that count! I’ve found that the only time my PR ever meant anything was when I tried to get links. I’ve pretty much been ignoring the PR of sites that want to link to me – I’m going after the serps, not the PR.

It’s all fun when there’s an update, though – just another stat in this big game of “Sim Website”. :1circling
