I currently promote just the Poker side. If they were to include the casino, my preference would be to keep the two separate. That is, negative earnings from the casino would not affect the Poker earnings.
(note: Edward from Pokerroom.com also posted a reply under the Pokerroom.com affiliates thread. He seems to be a good affiliate manager. He has replied to all my emails promptly.)
