from a players pov I love it. Always have.
from an affs pov, the very best I can say about them is they seem to be the lesser of two evils (Focal Point) from the standpoint of the bottom line.
Focal point actually had better conversions for me but they never, in almost 5 years of promoting them; made me even enough money to justify the traffic I sent them. I’d avoid them like the plague.
IC makes me minimal money.
In my 5 years I have promoted both of them in top spots and in the case of IC; I wrote my sales pitch from the heart and as you might be aware, nothing sells better than something you believe in.

And you want to talk bad support. IC is king of the hill IMHO.
Its a damn shame I have to write this because I like the software so much, but I’d bet quite a large sum that if you went with either of the afore mentioned two as your main casinos to promote, that you won’t be here this time next year.
There are about 3 affs I can think of who have something really good to say about Focal Point. I can name many more who would strongly disagree with those 3 and I am one of them.
IC seems to have a bit more of a following, in respect to good things to say about them.
To give you an idea, not only did I promote both their casinos strongly at one time, but for a very long time I promoted the poker room of Focal Point because once again, I love to play there.
But in the same amount of time that I saw my earnings go up at some poker rooms to amounts of around 300, then 600, then nearly a grand a month, (abeit a large amount of that is from one really big whale), even if you figure it as a 1/3 from other players, that’s still $300 a month more than I ever saw from Focal’s poker room despite the fact that I personally walked about half a dozen players thru the sign up process and I used to see them in there playing.
After that was when I switched back over to IC though I had previously avoided them after having such a bad expereince with their support, or lack thereof.
since then I do at least see some profit every month, or most, from the poker room side of things, and the best thing I can say about them is that I am signed up under another aff (you can’t sign under your own links – stupid, since you’re generating money from the rakes you pay, but oh well), but anyway, the aff I am signed up under makes about $400 a month off the rakes I pay so I at least know that part of the system is working and tracking properly.
I did not have that luxury with Focal so I cannot say for certain whether they’re poker room tracks correctly or not, but I can say I was very disappointed with my results there after having spent so much time and prime space promoting them.
btw, in the same spots I saw Microgaming casinos climb to very nice levels. In case you were wondering.
