I’ll tell you what I know of it while giving my company a shameless plug in the process. 
I’m familiar with Chartwell’s software platform as I run the affiliate program for Coral / Eurobet who both use the software.
Some advantages of the software we have picked up on are:
1. Its non-down load functionality
2. IMO it has some of the best graphics in the industry
3. Also offer mobile solutions to play on your phone
4. Uk players are tending to play on it longer
It did get the sceptics eyebrows raised (and still does to be honest) as the classic line of “well its not Crypto or Micro software so I wont touch it” but after a period of time we have had great responses with the software and the player are staying on so it my have a number of sticky elements that users like. Not the answer many would believe though I sure.
