I would give it a 6. The networking was the best aspect, but that’s the case for any conference in my opinion.
I kept comparing it to the casino affiliate conference. At the casino conference lunch was included and involved a nice buffet at a great italian restaurant. At the webmaster world conference lunch was simply a premade sandwich, with potato salad and chips. If someone was a vegetarian or allegic to any of the food this wasn’t so great. On the last day I slept in and didn’t show up until lunch was half over, and there was nothing left.
This conference was better for being introduced to people from different industries. I met a lot of rx affiliates for example. I think it’s well worth it simply for the large volume of people.
