I dont think people were actually hotlinking his materials, but had rather set up their site to look as if it were a mirror of his.
A few years ago I had loads of fun with hotlinkers – was rather funny to see them serving up the images I wanted to serve them! I didn’t find it dastardly one bit – I found it to be totally acceptable on my behalf and was a hell of laugh when after two months they were still serving it … :rollover:
