so did they go after the spammers via tracking the spam back to its sender? Or did they go after the places that were advertised in the spam?
its almost paramount the spam be charged against the sender; rather than the advertised sites or else there will be a trend of honest webmasters being set up and I can just imagine how bad things could get.
