They could have been down for any reason – but if you ask me, the obvious reason they were down in the morning for a few hours is because they were doing an update – which as you can see has wreaked havoc on the system.
Thank God it was only Neteller… just think if this had been an M$oft update… but at least they learned from their mistakes…
