I also would think that a lot of the affiliate programs have some discretion / leeway as to when, who, and how much they can provide to affiliates. Maybe that isnt the case with this particular program.
And yes I agree – the one on one meetings are / were the best things at the convention, but they can and do take place outside of the actual conference
