I don’t think that poll is accurate. It doesn’t even give the source – who conducted the poll.
Also, I have the word from the streets in the Carolinas. I know a trucker who is passing through there right now (my husband).
The truck stop talk has changed incredibly – People are pretty down on Bush now.
That is a complete turn-around from the attitude he observed months, or even weeks ago. Note that truckers are generally a pretty right-winged group (aka rednecked). If this demographic has lost faith in Bush, then that poll cannot be correct.
