While I dont like programs which use negative carryover I do promote some that do.
That being said, if I do accumulate a sizable negative I drop their exposure and they have essentially lost me as an affiliate. This is true of anyone with any common sense, so negative carryovers really cost programs more in the long run then they gain by trying to extract the negative balance from the affiliate.
