Using something someone else wrote without permission, even definitions of common poker terms, is stealing. If the owner of those definitions complained sites you have affiliate relationships with, they likely would close your account.
In your case, you are calling your site a FAQ for Party Poker, so you better not embarrass them or they won’t like it.
If you think it is no big deal, then asking permission is no big deal. But if you don’t ask permission, then you think you need to steal the content.
Don’t say “hope they don’t mind”, make sure they don’t mind. Otherwise you could just be wasting all your time because you might not get paid anything.
Now calm down and take the thirty seconds it takes to send Party an email asking permission.
